1. Please download the D.L.D.A.V. Alumni Association Enrollment form.

2. Fill all the details in the form in CAPITAL letters with blue/blank ink or ball point pen.

3. Completely filled Enrollment forms can be submitted in the school from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM along with Rs 100 as the enrollment fees.
