You would be happy to know that we have formed the Alumni Association of our beloved school and we are having a grand formal event on school lawns on 25th January 2009! This has been possible with continuous efforts by a group of old students and our principal Mrs. Adarsh Kohli along with the support for Mrs. Latika and Mrs. Kapoor.

Along with that I am also please to announce that the work on our School website has been completed. You may visit the site at http://www.dldavsbalumni.org/ and register yourself. This site would act as a medium where we can interact with each other and connect with old friends. Right now you can register and create an account on the website. In future we will also enable career guidance forums, Jobs forums, News and Events section only for the Alumni and school students.

As an Alumni it is our duty and responsibility to give back something to our school and society. Apart from connecting with old friends the other purpose of this alumni association is to help current students in whatever way we can like Career Guidance, business networking, organizing workshops etc You may read the Suo Motto of this association here: http://dldavsbalumni.org/suo-motto

Please do come and attend this event.

"And narrators!"
"So you'll have to concentrate."
"Yes, you'll have to concentrate."
"Salty Title!"

Four average kids take on your past roles to present a play about our school life, and about someone who made us what we are today!!

What else?

My Suggestion

What about the same school dress....:P..White trousers and shirt for boys n blue check skirt and shirt for girls....

Jokes apart, it will be good to have formal wears as the dress code...leave the colours choice to the individual...i know every pass out of this school is smart enough to decice wat suit them and wat not....

cheers

i m not in the favor to put a dress code with color restriction

DRESS CODE

personally m not much in favor of the idea but given that evry1 else does i wont go against it. But i think that in such case 'formal dress' code is better idea than 'dress color' since people who want the idea of dresscode to b laidoff want some liberty in that respect and dress color is more restrictive.
Men formal nyways include black suits + more and similarly Women formal not only includes suits and sarees but also other things which are certainly much more comfortable/suitable in this winter season. M sure not every guy wil b havin a black suit and not every gal wil b havin red suit or saree.

So, M IN FAVOUR OF FORMALS.

hi

hi guys.. finally I am here.. :)
I don't quite agree with the dress color. Maybe you people are right about the formal dress code but the color thing is not on. Atleast I think so. :)
